Youth Ministry
Youth in Our Church:
We aim to establish a consistent program for youth to grow and enjoy learning about Christ. I hope to have Adventist Youth (AY) twice monthly as well as to most (if not all) programs offered by the conference, North American Division (NAD), and General Conference (GC). I hope to restore consistency in AY.
Our Influence (Blossom Parkinson):
I believe that I can positively influence youth and maybe adults, to become more active in activities that are specifically for the youth. I believe this will influence the youth to be active in the church. I have a desire to provide the same programs that I enjoyed growing up in the church. I hope to step outside to my comfort zone and sincerely allow God to lead. I hope to learn how to truly lead. I feel that my department can bring a fresh new perspective and life to the church.
Winning souls for the Kingdom…..
I hope to win souls by using different programs and activities to reach the youth of the church and hopefully in the near future, the youth of the community.
